CV Restu Fajar is looking for a passionate and dedicated Demi Chef to join our team. We are a growing restaurant located in Cilincing, Jakarta Raya, and we are seeking someone who can bring their culinary skills and enthusiasm to our kitchen.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet our customers' needs. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that our food is of the highest quality and meets our standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.

Assist the Head Chef in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and served on time.

Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.

Keep up-to-date with current culinary trends and techniques.

Assist in training and developing junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
