📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the section under the guidance of the Section Head.,Managing and mentoring a team of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Developing and implementing strategies to achieve section goals and objectives.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Providing regular reports to the Section Head on team performance and section activities.,Assisting in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of company policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Experience in a similar role in a multinational company is a plus.
