As an IT Support Specialist at PinjamanGo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing timely and efficient solutions to our employees and customers. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing user accounts and permissions, and ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions across various platforms.
• Install, configure, and update IT equipment and software.
• Monitor and maintain the security and integrity of our IT systems.
• Document and maintain detailed records of all IT activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support new technologies.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in a financial services environment.
• Proficient in using ITIL frameworks for incident and problem management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
