📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation and service.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food to customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.,Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Prepare and present food samples to customers and clients as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Possession of a relevant certification or diploma in culinary arts or hospitality management.
