Esa Sentosa Abadi Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and skilled Logistics Driver (Supir Logistik) to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of goods across the region. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of vehicles, including trucks and vans, to transport goods to their intended destinations. You will work closely with our dispatch team to manage delivery schedules and ensure timely arrivals. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle, adhere to all traffic regulations, and report any mechanical issues promptly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain company vehicles, including trucks and vans, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Deliver goods to customers on time and in good condition, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
• Work closely with the dispatch team to manage delivery schedules and optimize routes.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle, including regular cleaning and organization of cargo.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies related to vehicle operation.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the maintenance team promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Logistics Driver or similar role.
• Valid driver's license for heavy vehicles (trucks) and light vehicles (vans).
• Good knowledge of Medan and surrounding areas, including traffic patterns and shortcuts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, with a minimum of 60 kg lifting capacity.
• Experience with GPS and navigation systems, such as Google Maps or Waze.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized vehicle, as well as a safe and professional driving record.
