📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the crew in managing inventory and stock levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with sales transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of the outlet for events and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the training and development of new crew members.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the outlet manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
