📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational management role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
