📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and materials.,Coordinate with trainers and employees to ensure smooth training sessions.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the organization of training events and workshops.,Provide support to the Training Officer in various administrative tasks.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
