📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the sales counter, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for customers.,Promote and sell products to customers, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.,Assist in merchandising activities, including stocking, pricing, and displaying products.,Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or retail environments.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule, including on-site and remote tasks.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of merchandise.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
