📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth running and high customer satisfaction.,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.,Contribute to the development and implementation of restaurant policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian culinary practices and culture is a plus.
