📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure accuracy and clarity,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create user guides and other customer-facing materials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the development of our technical writing style guide and processes,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other technical writing tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Passion for clear, concise communication and a commitment to quality
