📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and healthcare options.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the nursing unit, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.,Participate in staff meetings and in-service training to stay updated on best practices and new developments in nursing.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active and valid nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Experience in providing care to patients with chronic illnesses is a plus.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
