📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards.,Manage and develop the team, providing training and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Ensure that the outlet is running efficiently and effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and report on sales and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the outlet is a safe and welcoming environment for all customers and staff.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that the outlet is aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives.,Ensure that all financial targets are met, and that the outlet is operating within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role within the automotive industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
