Mart Bay Group is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position based in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient utilization of the fleet.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to minimize costs and ensure vehicle availability.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
  • Provide customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
