Root Seed Group is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Finance Admin to join our team in Jepara, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administrative tasks, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.,Prepare and process monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing of employee salaries and benefits.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.,Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and research.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure proper documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP standards.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
