In this role, you'll be responsible for handling all aspects of purchasing, from vendor management to order processing and invoicing. You'll also ensure that our tax obligations are met accurately and on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the purchasing process, including vendor selection, order placement, and invoice processing.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and other relevant taxes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Provide support to the finance team in any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing administration and tax compliance.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in an international trading company is a plus.
