As a MEP Drafter at CV. Tunas Karya Dewata, you will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate technical drawings and documentation for MEP systems. You will work closely with our team of engineers and architects to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. With your expertise in AutoCAD and other relevant software, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed and accurate technical drawings and documentation for MEP systems using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure that project plans meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Review and revise drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of construction estimates and cost analyses.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a MEP Drafter or similar role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
