📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Manage and maintain employee records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.
• Assist in the organization of training and development programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment or a related role.
• Familiarity with HRIS software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
