📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily banking operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and banking standards
• Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations and compliance
• Provide support to the team during peak periods and special projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in banking and regulatory compliance
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations, regulatory compliance, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience with banking software such as Core Banking Solutions (CBS), SAP, or Oracle
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
