You'll also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, as well as assisting with stock management and restocking. This is a part-time position, offering flexibility to balance your studies or other commitments while gaining valuable retail experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information
• Ensure a smooth checkout process and handle cash transactions
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves, floors, and restrooms
• Assist with stock management and restocking of products
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience
• Assist with store promotions, such as displaying products and setting up sales displays
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve daily sales targets
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with retail software, such as POS systems and inventory management tools
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings
