📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for students in elementary to junior high school (SMP) level.
• Create and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Utilise educational tools and software such as GeoGebra, Desmos, and Khan Academy to enhance teaching methods.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and refine curriculum materials.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and confidence.
• Assist in the organisation and preparation of educational resources and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching mathematics to elementary to junior high school students.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian National Curriculum for Mathematics.
• Certification in teaching methodologies and educational technology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and colleagues.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as GeoGebra, Desmos, and Khan Academy.
